Morning Practice begins Monday 16 July 9:15am-10:45am and is every morning. Night practice is now extended to 7-8pm for 10 and Unders and 8-9pm for 11-18 year olds.

Don't forget, MOCK MEET is this Tuesday!!!! If you cannot make it please let a coach know.

And our first meet against Fauquier Springs Country Club is this Thursday at RSC...Swimmers need to be there by 5pm. That means ready to dive in at 5pm for warmups. If a swimmer will not be able to be there by 6 please let a coach know so we can have the relay teams ready. THere is nothing more stressful than finding a last minute replacement. The same goes for leaving the meet early-You MUST let a coach know if you are leaving before the end of the meet.
Thanks so much everyone! This week is going to be great!
